The official ARTEX website currently accepts the following payment methods, which can be selected during the checkout process:

Q2. How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?

After your order is placed, the system will automatically send an order confirmation email to your registered email address. You can view your order details via the link in the email or by logging into our official website directly. If you have any questions, you can leave a message within the order or contact customer service.

Q3. Questions about returns, exchanges, and refunds

Return/Exchange Process

●Contact Customer Service:

Whether you need a return or exchange, please contact customer service first and provide your order information. Customer service will then assist you further.


●Return the Item:

Depending on the shipping method chosen for your original purchase, there may be different procedures for returning the item. Please follow the instructions provided by customer service.


●Return Shipping Fee Explanation:

If the return is due to a quality issue or incorrect item delivery, we will bear the shipping cost. If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, unsuitability), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.


●Refund Explanation:

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect its condition and process the refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. After the refund is processed, the actual crediting time will depend on your payment method and bank processing time.


●Exchange Explanation:

Upon receipt of the item to be exchanged, we will inspect its condition within 3-5 business days. If there are no issues, the new item will be shipped out.


※Note! If there is a price difference resulting from an exchange, it will also be processed after receiving the exchanged item, following the same method as described for refunds.
Additionally, not all situations are eligible for exchange. The actual situation will be subject to the explanation provided after contacting customer service.

 

Return Conditions
●Return Period:

Different return period policies apply based on the following two situations:
1. Defective or incorrect items: You may apply for a return within 7 days from the date you receive the item.
2. Returns due to other factors: You may apply for a return within 30 days from the date you receive the item.


※Please note! Customized items (e.g., engraved items) are only eligible for return requests due to defects or incorrect item delivery.


●Item Condition:

Before returning, please ensure that the item remains unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. If the item is defective, you must apply for a return within 7 days of receiving it and provide photos or videos to customer service for further processing.

If any problems arise after purchase, you can receive after-sales service support such as returns, exchanges, or repairs. The details are explained below:

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt, which is longer than the 7-day cooling-off period stipulated by consumer protection laws for online purchases.
(This excludes defective items, customized products, etc. Please refer to Q3 above for details.)


●Exchanges-

If you need an exchange, please refer to the answer to Q3 above for detailed instructions.


●Lifetime Repair Service-

Every customer who purchases an ARTEX product enjoys a lifetime product repair service! We will be responsible for repairing or replacing parts to ensure your pen can continue writing. Please refer to the following instructions for relevant precautions.


1. Some repair services may incur related fees. Customers can choose whether or not to proceed with the repair after confirming the quotation.


2. We cannot provide repairs for human-caused damage, natural wear and tear to the appearance (e.g., paint scratches), or discontinued parts due to certain out-of-print special products.

Q2. Duties and taxes

We cannot guarantee that international shipping will be exempt from any local taxes and duties. Customs duties, consumption taxes, and VAT may apply depending on import regulations. These charges will be borne by the recipient.

※Note! Consumers whose delivery address is in Taiwan are exempt from these charges.

Q3. Lead Time

For both domestic (Taiwan) and international orders, please refer to the shipping schedule below. All products are shipped from Taipei, Taiwan.


● In-stock items:

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after confirmation.


● Laser-engraved customized items:

Production will commence after payment is received, and items will be shipped within 5-7 business days.


● Pre-order items:

Please refer to the details on the respective pre-order product page.

Q4. How long will it take to receive my order (delivery time)?

Generally, orders within Taiwan are delivered within 1 to 3 business days after we ship them. As for international orders, delivery times vary depending on your country/region and the chosen shipping method. We will provide you with a tracking number for your order, which you can use to monitor the delivery status of your package. If you have any questions about the delivery time of your order, please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
