Design Notes

<Number of Characters and Content Notes>
1. Chinese characters are recommended to be within 5 characters. 
2. English letters are recommended to be within 10 characters, including upper and lower case letters.  .    

3. If there are special punctuation marks or spaces, please indicate them clearly. All spaces should be noted with( ).

※The engraving position on each pen may vary and will be subject to actual conditions.

4. The above character limits include punctuation marks and spaces. 

<Font Options>
There are 4 font options each for Chinese and English, as shown below. Please specify your chosen font in the order notes.
<Engraving Position Description>
There are 3 possible engraving positions depending on the pen model. Please note that the engraving position may vary for each pen, and will be subject to the actual pen model purchased.
1. Pen Clip

2. Center Ring (Engraving on the center ring is limited to 3 Chinese characters or 6 English letters)

3. Blank space on the pen barrel

<Laser Engraving Lead Time>
1. Laser engraving typically takes approximately 5-7 working days (excluding holidays and shipping time). 
2. After completion, shipping the product takes approximately 2-3 working days. 
3. Therefore, from ordering to receiving the product, it will take approximately 7-10 working days (excluding weekends and national holidays). 

<Notes>
1. Please specify the engraving content, font, and engraving position in the remarks field.
2. Engraving service is a customized product. Returns are not accepted after order confirmation (this also applies to pens requiring engraving).

Product Specifications and Precautions

■Laser Engraving Lead Time:
1. Laser engraving takes approximately 3-7 business days (excluding holidays and shipping time).
2. After completion, shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days.
3. Therefore, from order placement to product receipt, please allow approximately 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays).

■For details regarding character count, font, and placement for engraving, please carefully read the "Design Instructions" section.

■Important Notes:
1. Please specify the engraving content, font, and engraving position in the remarks field.
2. Engraving service is a customized product. Returns are not accepted once the order is confirmed (this also applies to pens that require engraving).
